बस्तर पुलिस ने चलाया ‘‘एक युद्ध नशे के विरूद्ध’’ अभियान कोटपा एक्ट उल्लंघना करने वाले 38 लोगो का काटा चालान

रविश परमार जगदलपुर। सिगरेट और अन्य तम्बाकू उत्पाद नियंत्रण अधिनियम (कोटपा) को सख्ती से लागू करवाने व सार्वजनिक जगहों में अन्य प्रकार के नशे के प्रभावी नियंत्रण के लिए बस्तर पुलिस व प्रशासन ने बुधवार से ‘‘एक युद्ध नशे के विरूद्ध’’ नामक अभियान प्रारंभ किया है। इस अभियान के तहत पुलिस व प्रशासन की एक टीम शहर व आसपास के इलाकों में अभियान चलाकर कोटपा का उल्लंघन करनेवाले प्रतिष्ठान मालिकों व सार्वजनिक जगहों पर नाश करने वालो पर जुर्माना करेगी।
एडिशनल एसपी महेश्वर नाग ने बताया कि मादक द्रव्य एवं मनः प्रभावी पदार्थो के अनाधिकृत व्यवसायियों पर व्यापक एवं प्रभावी नियंत्रण हेतु दिये निर्देश पर नशामुक्ति अभियान ‘‘एक युद्ध नशे के विरूद्ध’’ प्रारंभ किया गया है। इस अभियान का मुख्य उद्देश्य नशे के दुष्प्रभावों से जनता को जागरूक करना है। भविष्य में किसी व्यक्ति को सार्वजनिक स्थान पर नशे करते हुए पाये जाने पर कोटपा अधिनियम के तहत् चालानी कार्यवाही की जावेगी। अभियान की सफल कार्यवाही हेतु समाज कल्याण विभाग, फूड एण्ड ड्रग विभाग, नगर निगम, शिक्षा विभाग, बाल संरक्षण समिति एवं पुलिस विभाग के द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से प्रयास किया जा रहा है।आज सभी विभाग मिलकर सार्वजनिक स्थलों मे धूम्रपान करने वाले 38 व्यक्तियों पर चालानी कार्यवाही की गई । ज्ञात हो की विगत दिनों पुलिस विभाग ने 2 दिन मुहीम चलाकर 100 से अधिक व्यक्तियों पर सार्वजानिक स्थलों मे धूम्रपान करने वालों पर चालानी कार्यवाही की थी।
