अवैध शराब बिक्री के खिलाफ आबकारी विभाग ने चलाया अभियान, 1 लाख से अधिक के शराब के साथ युवक गिरफ्तार।

रविश परमार जगदलपुर। आबकारी विभाग की टीम ने एमपी की अंग्रेजी शराब के साथ एक आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया है। टीम ने आरोपी के पास से एमपी मेड गोवा शराब की 20 पेटियां जब्त की है जिसकी कीमत 1 लाख 30 हज़ार रुपए आंकी गई है टीम ने आरोपी पर आबाकारी एक्ट के तहत कार्रवाई की है इसके बाद इसे कोर्ट में पेश किया जहाँ से उसे रिमांड में जेल भेज दिया गया है।
मामले का खुलासा करते हुए आबकारी उपनिरीक्षक अंकित सिंह राठौर ने बताया कि टीम को मुखबिर से सूचना मिली कि बड़ांजी इलाके के टांडपाल सिंगनपुर में सोमेश कुमार मौर्य घर मे अवैध शराब का जखीरा रख कर इसकी बिक्री कर रहा है। इसके बाद आबकारी विभाग की टीम ने सोमेश कुमार मौर्य के ठिकाने में छापामारी करते हुए 20 कार्टूनो में रखा एमपी मेड विदेशी शराब बरामद किया गया इसकी कीमत 1 लाख 30 हज़ार रुपए आंकी गई है आरोपी सोमेश कुमार मौर्य के खिलाफ छत्तीसगढ़ आबकारी अधिनियम 1915 की धारा 34 (1) (क), 34 (2), 36, 59-क, के तहत के तहत कार्यवाही करते हुए कोर्ट में पेश किया जहां से उसे रिमांड में जेल भेज दिया गया। इस पूरी कार्यवाही में उप निरीक्षक मनोज कुमार यादव आबकारी मुख्य आरक्षक शिवप्रसाद सिन्हा,श्याम सुंदर केसरी ,आरक्षक ललित ठाकुर, शैलेश कुमार पांडेय तथा महिला नगर सैनिक संगीता तथा वाहन चालक हेमराज बघेल की अहम भूमिका रही।
